We install spray foam on commercial buildings located in the greater Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Our products and specialized coatings are used in commercial wall insulation for a waterproof and abrasive resistant surface, as well as, many other applications.
All of our products are specially formulated to meet the specifications of your project. Our expert technicians work closely with you to select the correct products and application. We are able to customize foam densities, coating colors and some of the advanced physical properties of the foam.
Perimeter Wall Application
Spray foam insulation is used in perimeter walls to form an airtight seal. The foam quickly expands and fills all of the wall cavities and stud work, sealing any gaps and preventing air exchange into and out of the building’s envelope.
Two kinds of spray foam insulation are used for this purpose: open-cell and closed-cell. Open-cell is the most cost effective insulator, providing a superb barrier that prevents air exchange. Closed-cell provides a higher insulation value than open-cell does. Its high compressive strength means it can increase the structural stability of the building. Properly installed closed-cell foam can work as an air barrier, vapor retarder and moisture management system all in one.
We can also use injection foam insulation (see below) for commercial walls, which offers many of the benefits of closed-cell insulation but at less cost.
Benefits of Commercial Wall Spray Foam Insulation
Provides an extremely high insulating value and can also minimize the following problems:
- Accumulation of moisture
- Intrusion of air
- Movement of air
- Radiative heat transfer
When spray foam insulation is applied, it expands rapidly, filling and sealing up all the voids, cracks and crevices in the wall. A seamless air barrier that can provide an optimum level of building envelope performance is created.
Our systems will improve the overall performance of your building by making it healthier, more energy efficient and easier to manage the building’s climate.
Core Foam Masonry Foam Insulation®
Foam in place, injected insulation for insulating concrete masonry units
This type of injected insulation is a “dry” resin foam-in-place product designed for the cores of concrete block walls. It is competitively priced and is equal to or superior to all current foam-in-place products specified. Core Foam Masonry Foam® is a Class 1/Class A fire rated product and meets or exceeds all testing requirements of current standard building codes.
Core Foam Masonry Foam Insulation® is typically used in commercial and institutional buildings such as retail box stores, schools, and churches. It is also used in residential applications such as concrete-block stucco walls, foundations, and basement walls.
